At VOGRACE, we want you to love your fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VOGRACE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
